Thank you for selling me the Take & Bake recipe. They should make up neat Christmas gifts for the dogs! Oh yes, they get gifts also.
New Downtown Workshop and Store
As some of you know I recently set up a workshop at the Bishop Victoria Hotel's Artist Collective space downtown, located at 718 Washington St., Unit E. The Peninsula Daily News published a story on the Artist Collective over the holidays, I'm really excited to be here! Besides being my creative space now it's also serving as a storefront. Regular business hours will be tough to nail down in the months ahead since I'll continue touring regional events, but I'll get the word out via Facebook and Twitter when I know the storefront will be open. I love visitors, come on down and say hi!
Seattle Dog Show Highlights
Here's a highlight reel of some of my show customers. Had a really fun time this year!
Chimacum Farmers Market a huge success
We have all been having such a great time at the Chimacum Farmers Market each Sunday from 10-2pm. A wonderful variety of vendors (from little chickens for sale to oven-baked pizza) have been supporting our country feeling market. You just have to come visit and get beautiful flowers, wonderful veggies, awe inspiring pottery, local honey, grass-fed beef, the list is endless. So come out and visit a truly unique venue for a fun time for all!
Mac's treats now being carried in two local stores
We have great news for all the good dogs in Port Townsend. You can now buy Mac's Macaroons Dog Treats and other goodies at 2 new locations: Bonita's Four-Legged Friends Pet Store and Uptown Nutrition. Bonita's is the finest pet store in town stocking only the best all natural dog and cat foods for the most decerning of pooches and kitties. They also offer goodies like toys, pet beds, leashes, and all the accessories that make life fun!
"Bark for South Park" this weekend !
The community of South Park, has been affected by the closure of the 14th Avenue bridge (not slated to be rebuilt for two more years). But that didn't stop Kathy Kershaw and her sister from creating the 1st Annual "Bark for South Park" event this weekend . This hard-working duo has put together some of the region's best dog-related vendors to display their wares and services so that in the not too distant future this town will have their own permanent dog park.
